Juan Parlade has been extremely helpful! I moved from Connecticut down to Miami in April of this year, in the middle of this worldwide pandemic and I can say that I couldn't have done it without his help. He always listened to me when I explained what I was looking for (I have a dog so a pet-friendly area was a must). I was researching the website for a realtor and I've come across so many who were just focused on their commission vs the clients' needs. Until I met Juan Parlade, he was a breath of fresh air during a stressful time frame to move less in two weeks. I am a VERY picky person, I kept changing my locations every 5-mins but Juan was like " remember I work for you and your needs" at that moment I knew he was the MAN for the job. He found me a location Downtown Brickell on the 32nd floor with breathtaking views in less than a week. After a week settling in my new place , he called to follow-up to ensure everything is good..
